Ok, Morocco was really, really cool. I did more layouts of Morocco than of the rest of the trip combined!! Here they are - they are ALL layouts based on Sketchapalooza sketches!

We're Back!!!!
From an awesome cruise to Morocco, Spain and the Canary Islands (and Madeira). I actually kept up with Sketchapalooza by scrapping photos from the trip during down time - so I have lots of layouts and cool trip photos to share. Just let me get over this jet lag and I'll be back with them all!!!

Blessings
I've mentioned a couple times that I am working on a "52 Blessings" mini album - I am doing one layout a week to really reflect on the positive things in my life this year. I posted a couple early layouts but just realized I haven't posted any in a while - so here are all those I've done to date!
I'm using Black Market Paper Society's Lucky 'n Love throughout.

Layouts, a slide show (more quotes) and UFO progress!!
It's been a busy, busy week - but I've gotten a lot done!! First, here's a slideshow of my next set of quotes for Jessica Sprague's Digi:In Deep class:
I've also made some really great progess on my UFOs - and I actually really only have one left! I completed putting a bunch of recipes from a swap 2 years ago into a little chipboard album I made, and I also used a bunch of paper dolls and animals from a Noah's Ark swap a couple years ago to make a double page layout, complete with photo mats. It's just waiting for the right photos! I used a partially decorated mini I had sitting around to make a little Mother's Day album for my mother in law. I have an ABC album all ready to go for the new baby - so the only thing I have left to do out of ALLLL of these projects is the "You at 5" mini I'm planning for Alexa's birthday - I do one every year. I still have over a month to get it done so I'm not stressing! I can't believe how quickly I was able to do all these projects - when I think about how long they've been sitting around waiting to be done, it makes me crazy!
I've been so busy with Sketchapalooza, challenges at The Digi Chick and Jessica Sprague's class - busy, but productive! Here are just some of the layouts I did this week:
Credits: sketch by Heather B at The Digi Chick; all papers and elements from the brand new In the Meadow kit by Sugarplum Paperie and MGL Scraps.
Credits: sketch by Amy Bell; Katie Pertiet Grunged Up Photo Mask; Mandy Steward Stitches Brush and Layer Style; everything else from the Bug Out kit by Melissa Bennett
Credits: sketch by Jayne Jones; Atomic Cupcake Kiersten (metal clip) and Office Scraps (post it note) kits; Shelle Pukas Timeless kit (brads); All other items from the Digi Chick Designers Cozy Sophisticate collab kit
Credits: Ali Edwards word art; Grunge brushes by Brandie Valenzuela, Thao Cosgrove and Penny Springmann; Background by Zoe Pearn; Acrylic swirls layer style by Cheryl Barber; Shape by Atomic Cupcake
Credits: very loosely based on a sketch by Stacey Lokovic (Sketchapalooza); all papers and elements from the Storybook Princess kit by Julie Billingsley

I finished some UFOs!!
As part of Jessica Sprague's Digi:In Deep class, she challenged us to set a scrapbooking-related goal and finish it during the 4 weeks of the class. My goal is to sort and catalog all the unfinished projects I have (UFOs=unfinished objects) and decide if I am going to complete them or not. If not, I need to RAK the supplies out ot someone who will use them. I also wanted to finish at least 3 UFOs during the class.
I spent some time this week getting everything sorted and I have a few things ready to RAK out. I also finished some things - here they are!
Altered photo frame:
Altered metal coasters (yes, I used the same quotes and layouts I used for my mini quote album!):
Organized and put my ATCs (artist trading cards) on my ATC carousel:
It feels great to have these done, and I have a couple more things I want to finish!

Quote Mini Album
Horrifying. Just horrifying. Today's task for Digi:In Deep was to create 8 layouts for a quote mini album. No more than 15 minutes per layout. Kit provided. Templates provided. We have to do this every week until we have a full 32 page album. GASP!
Here are my pages for this week:

Sketchapalooza in full swing (and some other stuff)
Sketchapalooza is rockin' and rollin' with two awesome sketches so far - and I'm also really enjoying Jessica Sprague's Digi: In Deep class. Here are a few layouts fro the last few days - credits under each photo.
Credits - layout for the 3/2 sketch challenge at The Digi Chick - sketch by Dani Alencar; bracket grunge overlay by Penny's Miscellaney; all papers and other elements from the Little Birdie Song kit by Jule Designs and Cinnamon Designs.
This is a double duty layout and incorporates a Sketchapalooza sketch by Amy Bell with some design challenge elements from Digi:In Deep. Credits: Keri Schueller Go With the Flow brushes; Zoe Pearn Close to My Heart kit; Penny's Miscellaney All Worn Out Grunge Edge; Shabby Princess Happy Go Lucky flowers
I can take no credit at all for this layout except that I can follow directions and pick good photos. This is the week 1 lesson layout from Digi:In Deep and all supplies were supplied by Jessica Sprague. I do like the way it turned out, though!
These are old photos (from 2000) but I did them back in my CM style days and I have been wanting to do them in a more updated layout. I love to do lots of layout challenges and I killed 3 birds with this one layout - I used Sketchapalooza sketch 2 by Jayne Jones, made the layout blue and brown for this week's Sisterhood of Scrap challenge, and used 3 fonts for today's Scrap Girls High Noon Crop Challenge.
